Report Issue: Submit Product Feedback from the User Menu
Open the feedback form from the user profile dropdown to report bugs, attach screenshots, and review what you have already submitted.
Musein includes a built-in feedback channel in the user profile dropdown. If you run into a product issue, billing problem, or feature request, you can submit it without leaving the current workspace.
User Feedback
Where to find it
Open the user info menu in the top navigation and choose Report issue. This launches the feedback form directly from the product instead of sending you to an external support page.
That matters because the form can keep useful context close to where the problem happened.
What you can submit
The feedback dialog is designed for both bug reports and product suggestions:
- choose a problem type such as chat, canvas, payment, or product suggestion
- describe the issue in your own words
- attach screenshots when visual proof helps
- submit while staying inside the same working session
Because the dialog opens in-product, it is faster to report something the moment you notice it.
Why the history tab matters
The same surface also includes a History tab. It lets you review the issues you already submitted, see when they were created, and copy the structured issue information again if you need to send it elsewhere.
This is especially useful when you want to follow up with a teammate or compare a current bug against an older report.
Best practices for useful issue reports
Good feedback is specific enough that someone else can reproduce it:
- say what you expected to happen
- say what actually happened
- mention whether the issue was in chat, canvas, model output, billing, or another area
- attach a screenshot if the layout or visual result is wrong
If you are submitting an improvement idea instead of a bug, describe the workflow friction clearly so the team understands the request behind the suggestion.
A lightweight support loop inside the product
The goal of this feature is simple: reduce the distance between noticing a problem and reporting it. Instead of opening another tool, copying links by hand, or writing notes elsewhere, you can leave structured feedback right from the user menu.
