Share Canvas
Share canvases with teammates via links, publish as templates, or transfer ownership.
Sharing a canvas lets others view or use your work. The share menu provides three options: generating a shareable link, publishing as a template, or transferring ownership.
Sharing via Link
Open the share menu from the canvas toolbar and click Share Link. A share token is generated and the link is copied to your clipboard automatically. You can send this link to anyone — teammates, clients, or external reviewers.
Anyone with the link can view the canvas. The link-based sharing is a simple on/off mechanism — the link either works or it does not.
Publishing as a Template
You can publish your canvas as a reusable template. This opens the template publish dialog where you can name the template and make it available for others to use as a starting point for their own projects.
Published templates can be managed from the template panel in the canvas toolbar.
Transferring Ownership
If your canvas is in a personal workspace and you need to move it to a team workspace (or vice versa), use the ownership transfer option. This moves the canvas and all its content to the target workspace scope.
Transfer is available when:
- The canvas is owned by you and is currently in a personal scope
- The canvas originated from a personal scope and is now in a team workspace
