Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfer lets you move a project between your personal space and a team space. It is most useful when a project grows from solo exploration into team collaboration, or when a team project needs to come back into a personal workspace.

Moving Between Personal and Team Spaces

Every project starts in your personal space by default. When you are ready to collaborate with a team, you can move it into a team workspace. You can also move a team project back into your personal workspace later.

The currently supported directions are:

• Personal to Team — move a personal project into a team workspace
• Team to Personal — move a team project back to your personal workspace

Once you choose the target direction and confirm it, the project is moved as a whole.

When to use it

This is especially useful in a few common situations:

• you start a project privately and later hand it over to a team workflow
• a team project is finished and should return to a personal workspace for follow-up work
• you want the project to live in the scope that matches the people currently working on it

What Transfers With the Project

When ownership is transferred, the following data moves in full:

• All canvas nodes and their content
• Generated and uploaded assets linked to the project
• Node connections and workflow structure
• Version history and revision logs
• Share settings and active collaborator links

Nothing is lost during the transfer. All relationships between nodes and assets remain intact.

What happens when you transfer to a team

When you transfer a project from personal space into a team space, the project becomes part of that team's working scope so the team can continue with it in the shared workspace.

If you belong to multiple teams, the transfer flow lets you choose the target team before confirming.

What happens when you transfer back to personal

When you transfer a project out of a team space and back into personal space, it returns to your personal project scope. This is useful for private cleanup, independent iteration, or long-term ownership after the team phase is over.

After the Transfer

After the move finishes, the project appears in its new scope and is managed from there going forward.

If it was transferred into a team, it appears with the rest of that team's projects. If it was transferred back to personal space, it returns to your personal project list.
