Asset Management
Create, browse, and reuse assets across canvases. Organize your library by type, project, and date.
Assets are the building blocks of your creative work. Every image, video, and audio file you generate or upload becomes an asset that you can manage, organize, and reuse.

Creating Assets from Generation Results
When you generate content on the canvas — whether it is an image from a text prompt or a video from a reference — the result is automatically saved as an asset. You can also manually promote any node output to the asset library by clicking the "Save to Assets" button in the node toolbar.
Saved assets are independent of the canvas node that created them. If you delete the original node, the asset remains in your library.
Asset Library Overview
The asset library gives you a grid view of all your saved assets. Each card shows a thumbnail, asset type, and creation date. Click any card to open the detail view.
You can toggle between grid and list layouts to suit your workflow. The list view is especially useful when you need to sort and compare many assets at once.
Filtering and Search
The library includes powerful filtering options:
- By type — show only images, videos, or audio files
- By project — narrow results to assets created within a specific project
- By date — filter by creation date or date range
- By canvas — see assets used on a particular canvas
The search bar lets you find assets by name or by metadata tags. Filters combine with search, so you can search for "portrait" within image assets from a specific project.
Asset Detail View
Click an asset to open the detail view. Here you can see:
- Full-resolution preview
- Metadata — file format, dimensions, duration, file size
- Source information — which node and canvas created it
- Tags — custom labels you add for organization
- Usage history — which canvases currently use this asset
From the detail view you can rename the asset, update tags, or download the original file.
Reusing Assets Across Canvases
Assets are not tied to a single canvas. You can drag an asset from the library onto any canvas to create a new node referencing that asset. This works across different projects too — an image generated for one project can be reused in another without re-generating.
The asset reference node stays linked to the original asset. If you update the asset metadata or replace the file, all canvases referencing it reflect the change.
Asset Actions
From the library or detail view you can:
- Download the original file
- Duplicate to create a copy in the library
- Move to a different project
- Delete — this removes the asset from the library but does not affect canvases that already use it
Deleted assets can be recovered from the trash within 30 days.

Alignment Guides
Show horizontal and vertical guides while dragging, then snap a node to nearby edges or centers when alignment is close enough.
