Invite Links — Share One Click, Skip the Code

Share a full invite link that new users can open and use directly, no copying or pasting needed.

·Musein Team

Sharing an invite code is simple, but it still means the recipient has to copy the code, navigate to the sign-up page, find the invite field, and paste it. Each step is a potential drop-off point.

Invite Links eliminate that friction. Now, every invite code can be shared as a full URL. The recipient clicks the link, lands on Musein, and the invite code is automatically applied throughout the login process — no copying, no pasting.

Before vs. After

Before: "Here is my code: ABC123. Go to musein.ai, click sign up, find the invite code field, and type it in."

After: "Click this link: https://musein.ai/?inviteCode=ABC123. That is it."

How it works

For the sharer

In Settings → Invite, each invite code now has two copy buttons:

  • Copy Code — copies the raw invite code (useful for text messages or voice sharing)
  • Copy Link — copies a full URL with the invite code embedded. Paste it anywhere: email, social media, chat.

For the recipient

When someone opens an invite link:

  1. The landing page recognizes the invite code from the URL
  2. Clicking "Log In" automatically carries the code to the login page
  3. The invite code is ready to use when they continue with sign-in
  4. If they use a different login entry point, the invite code follows along

The code persists through navigation so it is never lost, but never requires manual intervention.

Why it matters

  • Lower friction — one click instead of copy-paste-navigate-find-paste
  • Higher conversion — fewer steps means fewer drop-offs
  • Works everywhere — email, messaging apps, social media, documentation, QR codes
  • Backward compatible — raw invite codes still work exactly as before

Give it a try: generate an invite code in Settings → Invite and share the link instead of the code. Your invitees will thank you.
